 Rates 2024 for the house 

We are updating our prices since we have two more bedrooms upstairs & a small toilet in our house.

Three bedrroms & TV room with a bed sofa in the ÖSTRA Eastern part

& four bedrooms in the VÄSTRA Easter part.

Good to know:

  • Week 25-33 for rent only weekly 
    Change on Saturday or by appointment.
  • Other seasons at least 2 nights.
  • Cleaning at check-out can be purchased for SEK 1500.
  • Sheets and towels can be rented on site.
  • All prices are for self-catering.
  • Dogs are welcome in the apartment &  the east part of the house.
  • A deposit of SEK 1000 is charged upon arrival and is refunded upon departure if no remarks are made.

Highseason. Week 25-33    10000 SEK/week for two persons, extra person 2000 SEK/week. Also valid for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Ascension Day, Walpurgis-May 1, Apple market Weekend in Sept.

Price / day 2000 SEK for a maximum of 2 persons, extra persons 500 SEK / day.  Minimum stay 2 days

Other times: 8000 SEK/ week for 2 persons, Additinal persons 1600 SEK/ week.

Price / day 1800 SEK, extra persons 400 SEK / day.  Minimum stay 2 days

Apartment

The APARTMENT: 10000 SEK/week highseason, lowseason 7000SEK/week up to four persons

 Addition if you need:

Sheets + Towels: 150 sek/person.

Laundry  60 SEK/Wash   

 Tumble  Dry: 40 SEK

Final cleaning: 1500 SEK/unit.

Dogs 100 SEK/day ( only in the apartment and eastern part of the house)

Breakfast buffet is available at Svabesholms Kungsgård, 800 m from us.

Cancellation terms
We apply accepted rules at the Swedish Travel Agency for renting cottages and apartments:

  • If you cancel earlier than 40 days before the day of arrival, you only need to pay an expedition fee of SEK 1,000.
  • Cancellations made later than 40 days before the day of access are charged with 90% of the rental amount.
  • If we succeed in renting out to another resident, the same amount that the new tenant pays in rent will be refunded. However, you must always pay the expedition fee.
  • The cost of the rent in case of acute illness or accident is taken via the tenant’s home insurance regarding travel cover or if the tenant has taken out special insurance for cancellation.
